At Elite Model Look we say: “your differences make our world”. What makes you different?

I think maybe what makes me different is that I have both feet on the ground. Also, my smile and my sense of humour. I believe the most important thing is to have fun, so I always focus on that!

What is your passion?

My big passion has to be dancing! I like to dance – just being myself in front of the mirror at home, but also together with my friends. And of course, good music is a must! I have also done gymnastics since I was little, and I went to boarding school here in Denmark, where I studied gymnastics and dance for a whole year. It has always given me a lot of friends and it makes me happy!

Tell us your favourite...

Inspirational quote: I believe that you once a day, should give another person a compliment or at least try to make one person smile. When you make people smile, they make you smile. And just have fun with what you do!

Instagram account: @dailyoverview, because they post very beautiful images of the world from above. It lightens up my day, when I see their post on Instagram!

Sport: As well as gymnastics or dance, I really like to play volleyball, because it is so fun, and you must play as a team otherwise it doesn’t work!

Movie: definitely Notting Hill (1999). It is a favourite in my family. We can recite most of the lines, it is so funny! Plus, who doesn’t love a romance?

Model: I love Nina Marker, she seems down-to-earth, and I find that important. It looks like she is having fun all the time. She has a cool style and she is obviously also from Denmark. I feel very honoured to represent Denmark. There have been many beautiful girls and boys in the competition so far. I feel proud, but at the same time a little bit nervous!

Do you have a hero who inspires you to succeed?

Apart from my family, I have to say the one and only Queen Bey. Beyoncé is just so cool, she has an amazing voice and I think she has a great message about standing up for what you believe in, and empowering women, too.

What is the best vacation you have ever been on?

Last winter, I went to Argentina with my family. It was wonderful – the weather, nature and the culture. I think, it was my best holiday, because we spent Christmas, New Year and my birthday together with our good friends in a new and exciting country.

If you were a flavour of ice cream, what would you be?

I would say the elderflower flavour, because it is sweet, fresh and makes other people smile. Elderflower is unique!

If you could go anywhere in the world – where you haven’t already been – where would you go?

I would go to Budapest, because I have heard so much about the city. The architecture looks so pretty!

How does it feel to represent Denmark at the 35th Elite Model Look?

I didn’t expect to win at all, so I’m very thankful. It feels surreal, but it is exciting to see what is going to happen! I first heard about the contest, when I was scouted at a concert this summer. I was very surprised, but it sounded like a great opportunity and a great chance to get to know the world of modelling. I have always found fashion very interesting, and I loved to dress up as a child. My sisters and I would play pretend with fashion shows with a catwalk and everything, but I never thought of it, before I was spotted by Elite Model Look! I’m looking forward to having a fantastic experience, but also to meet all the other contestants and just everything. It is going to be so exciting! I’m sure that I’m going to learn something no matter what happens.

Tell us about Denmark!

Denmark is a small but lovely country! I love it here. I think Denmark is known or famous for our capital Copenhagen, our typical food, LEGO and our actors. The writer Hans Christian Andersen is from Denmark, the one who made traditional fairytales popular like “The Little Mermaid” and “The Ugly Duckling”. The film director Susanne Bier is from Denmark, she has won an Oscar and makes great films. I proud of the people of Denmark. I think Danes are very kind, smiling, calm and happy. Also, we have a special kind of humour!
