What was it like to win People’s Choice Award at the Elite Model Look World Final?
When I was announced as the People’s Choice Winner I was so happy because that show how much people love me and showed their support to me! I want to thank so the people who voted for me, who showed the love and support all the way to the journey - thank you so much! Without your support, this could be possible.
Tell us about competing in the Elite Model Look World Final 2017!
It was the greatest achievement I have ever have ever done! Representing my country on an international level and competing with 36 other countries is a very proud moment for me. Before the show, when I was getting ready to go on the stage, I was a little nervous but very excited, I just wanted to walk on the catwalk and give my best.
What was your own highlight of the Bootcamp?
The thing which I loved about the Bootcamp was meeting new people, making new friends, as well as the training sessions, the photoshoots and interview I had and that was just amazing moment that I’m never going to forget. And now I’m seriously missing it! Throughout the Bootcamp I made a lot of friends like Mircea from Romania , Andrja from Croatia and my best friend was Stephen from Nigeria because he was my room partner and the funniest guy.
How did you find out about Elite Model Look?
I participated in Elite Model Look India in 2016 but I didn’t get past the regional casting, and that motivated me to try again. So this year, when I heard on social media that Elite Model Look was happening again in India, I tried again at the regional casting, the national casting, and I got into the National Final. Competing on that level was like a dream come true, and finally, when I won the elite model look India, that was the best memory I’ll ever have.
How did you celebrate when you got home?
As soon as I reached home I spend my time with my family and friends. A lot of people came home to congratulate me for winning the People's Choice Award. It was an amazing experience, I will never forget it.
