What is your morning routine?
6am – I wake up at the same time every day. The first thing I do is make my bed, I feel like it sets me up right for the day,
6.10am – I drink a glass of water with lemon 15-30 mins before breakfast. It is a really nice way to wake up, it’s energising in a gentle way, and is so good for you, especially your skin!
6.30am – For breakfast, I usually eat avocado toast with egg or I sometimes have oatmeal bowl with fruits.
7am – when I take a shower, I start with hot water, then follow with cold! It helps prevent acne because it closes the pores of the skin, and always helps me feel refreshed! Next, I get dressed, ready for the day.
8am – school starts!
What’s your favourite way to workout?
My favorite exercise is the burpee! It’s easy to do, you don’t need equipment and there’s tons of variations so that you can work out every body part. With burpees alone, you can get pretty fit. I love running it makes me feel free and full of energy. I try to run between 3 and 5 kilometers.
I love walking, and I do at least ten minutes of yoga every day. I try to go to the gym up to five times a week – I like to mix it up, but it might be 2 or 3 full body workouts, which are no more than 1 hour. On the other days, I either do moderate cardio – dance or power yoga for 1 hour – or intense cardio, like spinning. The mind is just as important as the body! I do ten minutes per day of meditation – I find that just as useful to train my mind in staying calm under pressure. I am not dogmatic about exercise, I think staying fit should be fun, I think everyone needs a bit of balance!
How do you care for your skin?
One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun, that is so important. I love coconut products – I use them all the time! I use a lot of coconut oil, it gives great results, it is full of anti-oxidants, and keeps your skin healthy and active!
How do you relax after a long day on set?
After long day on set, my favourite thing to do is to listen to music, it makes me feel relaxed and happy. Sometimes, I take a walk near to river and get some fresh air – it’s so nice to be outside after a day in the studio with the hot lights and beauty products in the air!
What do you use on your hair?
I use Mamaearth Herbal hair oil, hair growth tonic, shampoo and conditioner and Best One Argan Hair Mask that is extremely hydrating and has restorative hair repair properties. They are all natural, I love them.
What’s the secret to being a model?
Being confident is really important. It shows that we believe in ourselves, and it is first step to achieve something! People often ask me the secret to being more confident – I say focus on why you are here, and what your objective is! Alternatively, think of a hero. Mine is the model Eva Klimkova! I love her work as a model, and what she has achieved. Eva is the reason I love what I do!
What is your evening routine?
3pm – The first thing I do when I get home is wash my face, and then I begin studying.
6pm – I love sport, I feel energised after. I do some yoga, running, or I workout. It’s an amazing way to relax after studying, to clear my mind!
7pm – I have a healthy dinner, then I take a hot shower! It’s the ideal way to unwind.
9pm – As I get up early, I make sure I’m in bed early. I listen to music, read or watch something to unwind, then it’s off to sleep, to be fresh and ready for another amazing day!
What advice do you have for people applying to EML 2019?
My advice for anyone applying to the contest is to definitely try it! It’s an amazing opportunity to meet new people, work with them, and find out what you can achieve. Being an Elite girl makes me so proud and happy. So don’t worry – go for it!
