At Elite Model Look we say: “your differences make our world”. What makes you different?

Whenever I’m doing something I will always try my hardest and really go for it. I like making people happy and try to always be smiley to add some happiness to everyone I meet.

What is your passion?

I’m passionate about is horseriding, it is so fun and special to develop such a close relationship with an animal, and to get to really understand them, I’ve been riding since I was small and have always enjoyed it.

Tell us your favourite...

Sport: I play tennis and I dance because I enjoy doing active things to keep fit and healthy. I play tennis because it’s fun to do with friends and it’s such a social sport. I also like dancing because its good exercise and incorporates my love of music. 

Vacation: I went to Mozambique on one holiday and it was amazing and SO beautiful. I love traveling, seeing new places and meeting new people. My family often organise trips and I have been lucky enough to go on lovely holidays. 

Model: Gisele Bündchen because she seems to be such a lovely person and has had such a long and successful career - and she was also discovered by Elite Model Look! I also ADORE Gigi Hadid, and I love following her on Instagram, she has such a fun and action-packed life.

 If you could go back in time, what advice would you give your younger self?

Choose a positive attitude even when it’s tough keep going and do the things you love! 

What was the very first album you bought?

I have actually never bought an album, when I listen to music, I use Spotify!

 What does friendship mean to you?

Friendship is one of the most precious things in my life because real friendship is something so special but also very rare. 

If you could only take one book to a desert island, what would it be?

A survival guide! To help me sustain living on the island!

 How does it feel to represent the Netherlands at the 35th Elite Model Look World Final?

It feels amazing! I can still hardly believe it and I am very happy! I heard about the competition on Instagram and applied online to go to casting, I’ve learnt so much from the competition, mainly how important it is to be yourself and I’m really excited for the World Final and feel so grateful that I am able to represent my country and I am going to do my best to keep up track record in the competition. 

Tell us about the Netherlands!

The Netherlands is an amazing country I think we are famous for our people who are very kind and helpful, I’d say we are also known for our cheese and our gorgeous tulips! Internationally people know of the Netherlands because of people like Johan Cruijff and also Vincent Van Gogh, and in the modelling world, Lara Stone - who was also discovered by Elite Model Look! I'm really proud of the Netherlands for the incredible infrastructure and the way that our country runs so peacefully. Dutch people work hard to make sure the Netherlands is an integrated and  multicultural society which makes it such a great place to be.
