How did you get scouted?
I didn’t, I don’t have the typical dream-story about how I got scouted , because I applied to Elite Model Look myself and things started from there. Just go for it, you never know. I thought I had nothing to lose anyway!
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
Both, I’d say. I wasn’t a disaster, but also not an expert. Elite Model Look helped me get more confident!
Do you have any tips for new models?
Honestly, just take each day as it comes. You can have very successful exciting days through this journey, but also some very sad, boring and disappointing ones. Time flies and you should always remember who you are as a PERSON and enjoy the present to the fullest!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
Be the best version of yourself! Even though sometimes, when I’m not feeling my best, I just fake it a little. No one wants to be in the same room with someone that just looks like he/she doesn’t wanna be there.
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
Authenticity. Diversity is a win factor these days in modelling!

How did you get scouted?
I got scouted via Instagram when I was asked to participate in the Elite Model Look contest in the Netherlands.
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
I did not know at aaaalll how to walk! Hahaha I even turned up to the casting without any high heels! During the contest they taught me step by step.
Do you have any tips for new models?
My tip to new models who are just starting would be to radiate confidence and to enjoy the experience, because it’s so much fun and you get to meet so many nice people along the way!!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
For a casting, I wear no makeup but curl my lashes to look a bit more fresh. I brush my hair so it is neat. I wear basic clothes that show my body posture and of course, I greet and smile to the casting directors and then show confidence!
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
I think Elite Model Look is looking for a model who is enthusiastic and has a nice personality because in the end, people like to work with models who are fun to be around, it’s not just about how they look!

How did you get scouted?
In Nigeria, I wasn't scouted, I reached out to my mother agency Beth Model on Instagram expressing my interest in becoming a model, but for the International scene. It all happened when I did the Elite Model Look East and West Africa contest and after that I got signed with international agencies.
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
I knew how to walk before Elite Model Look but my walk got better with the contest!
Do you have any tips for new models?
Be confident, have perseverance and try to make it to every casting!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
To prepare for a casting, I make sure I get enough sleep, look smart, comfortable and stay hydrated.
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
I think they are looking for physical uniqueness and great personality

How did you get scouted?
I was scouted at the Elite Model Look France casting in 2016, when I was 18 years old.
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
Yes, I knew how to walk before entering Elite Model Look. I trained from a young age by watching videos of many models. I walked in my dining room with high heels in front of my sister who was the judge for me!
Do you have any tips for new models?
My advice for a young model is: be yourself, show your personality, have a character, don't let yourself be disappointed when things don’t work out. When a door closes, another door opens!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
To prepare for a casting, I sleep well the night before, I drink a lot of water, I do my skincare routine, I dress to suit the mood of the casting, whether it is luxury or high street. I take my book and my heels and I go to the casting while being positive and smiling.
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
For me, Elite Model Look searches in a model, someone who stands out and who does not try to look like the others. Someone ambitious, who knows how to manage themselves, who knows who they are and why they want to succeed. Someone positive, who takes care of themselves, and respects others. And, of course, someone with character and style!

How did you get scouted?
I was scouted on Instagram for Elite Model Look France 2018. Samsung did a little contest to find 5 girls and boys to do the National Casting. Luckily, I made it through to the National Bootcamp and Final, and now here I am!
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
I would say that I knew the theory before but Elite Model Look helped me to put it into practice.
Do you have any tips for new models?
For new models, what I would say is: stay confident but don’t lose yourself, be patient and never forget that it’s a long and hard road but it’s worth it!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
Before a casting, I make sure that my face looks healthy so I’m generally doing a scrub or exfoliator on my face and lips, conditioner for my hair and then a good night of sleep to be fresh and energized.
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
I believe that Elite Model Look is about finding unique physics and personality.

How did you get scouted?
I got scouted in a shopping center in my hometown in Denmark. I was with my mom, I remember it so clearly. I walked out from a store, and there was a huge line with a lot of different girls. I didn’t know what was going on. I stopped up and looked for a bit. Suddenly a man came up to me. It was the director from Elite Copenhagen, my mother agent today: Munir. He asked me if I want to try the casting for the competition Elite Model Look 2013. 2 days after I got a contract. I started in the competition and it was there I started to be a part of Elite World family. Since then, I have just been traveling around the whole world!
Do you have any tips for new models?
The best tips I can give you are to be yourself, don’t change and be humble. Nowadays, it’s very important to show your personality. So believe in yourself and enjoy every moment you will have!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
I try to wake up early to start my day well. I don’t wanna go and look tired at my casting. Every casting I go to, I take it super seriously. It’s the same as having a new job interview. I want to do my best and show the best of myself!
I make sure my hair, nails and skin are clean and natural. I do my skincare routine and I come in super natural as I am because I just wanna show who I am. Sometimes I only have few seconds to show myself and other times I have much more. So from the moment I step in at the door, it’s where it begins. But I love it, I love meeting new people!
What do you think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model?
I think EML are looking for someone who is hardworking, sweet, naturally beautiful, has something special and unique, someone who likes to travel and can be alone a lot. A model is many things!

How did you get scouted?
I got scouted at the Elite Model Look casting in Rwanda, three days after my summer vacation started.
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
Absolutely not, I have learned in the Elite Model Look World Final Bootcamp with the great walk coach Ruben Rua and it came out. I have finally found my walk .
Do you have any tips for new models?
My tip for new models is to do your best to get to castings as early as possible!
What do you do to prepare for a casting?
I check the location and the travel time to get there in time (very important), I watch the last shows or work of the people. I'm going to see to get to understand what they looking for. If they prefer a quick or a slow walk. This kind of information really maximize my chances of being taken.

What I think Elite Model Look is really looking for in a model is personality. Someone who believes in themselves!

How did you get scouted?
I started modelling when I was around 16. I got scouted in Copenhagen when I was visiting my family. Right after that, I entered the Elite Model Look contest.
Did you know how to walk before you entered Elite Model Look, or did you learn with the contest?
I didn't have any experience with modeling beforehand and therefore I didn't know how to walk, but I have kept learning and developed my walk throughout the years. I didn´t win the contest but still my career has taken off and I’m really happy with the work I’m doing!
What are your tips for new models?
A good tip to new models is to relax and be yourself. That’s basically what people are really looking for in a model. I know this fashion industry seems intimidating but trust me, it’s not
